    I'm wondering if RIM is planning on creating a version of the BDM that runs on Windows Metro?

    this would be awesome because those that can't leave the Windows ecosystem can link their blackberries with their WOA tablets.

    Even better if Desktop Software was merged with bridge, so we can have the full management/sync capabilities on the playbo0ok but have better access capabilities on Windows and mac computers.

    Metro is just a front end that makes Windows 8 tablet friendly.

    The standard Windows desktop isn't going anywhere.

    Unless you have an ARM tablet. then it's metro or nothing.
