OK, so I click on Desktop Manager and get this...


I would like to manage my media, so I click on Media and get this...


When I click on Start under Media Manager, it does this for a second...


and then goes back to this...


All other options in the main menu work, just not the Media Manager. Anyone have any clue why I can't open the link?

No idea why you cant use it but here is a better way to get media on your device. Provided you have a media card installed yo go to options/ media card and enable mass storage. Also select to have it automatically enable masss storage mode when connected. Now when you plug your BB into your pc you go to my computer and you will see it as a device with removable storage. Open the blackberry folder and it will show your other folders. Open the folder you want and drag and drop the files you want.
