Went and bought a USB cable from Verizon today to download the new update for Storms. Came home and neither the desktop manager or application loader will recognize my device when it's plugged in. I'm unable to type in the PIN or click the drop down. I downloaded everything I needed before I bought the cable because I didn't know I had lost my previous one, so drivers etc. shouldn't be a problem. Can anyone help? =/
it happened on mine, and what i did was reset to factory feature. backup data first before you do that, because i didn't do that, all my data were erased...
