Today I updated my BB using Blackberry Desktop Manager. Everything seemed to update well but when I went to look at my pictures they are all gone, as well as my SMS texts and all but 3 saved messages. Why did this happen?
This has happened to several of our company phones when updating. As long as you did a backup before hand you should be able to restore them. Always backup your device, this stuff happens quite frequently.
