The last few times I've tried to synchronize my Verizon BB Curve with Outlook via the Desktop Manager the software terminates unexpectedly upon reaching a certain appointment in my Outlook calendar (same appointment every time). Any ideas on how to know which appointment is number 397? Any thoughts on how to get past it?

How different are the calendars? If there's only a few differences, you can try deleting the database from your BB using DM, and then resync and have OL copy everything to your BB.
