    I have been syncing my 8330 to BB Desktop Manager for many months I upgraded, to Desktop Manager V5.0 the other day and then the desktop manager kept shutting down in the middle of syncing. I uninstalled V5.0 and went back to the old faithful V4.6, it seemed to work the first tiem after registering it and then the next time I tried to sync it started shutting down again, I again uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does it. Please help as I need to sync and backup again.

    Ininstall all dm from your computer and delete the files of the dm on Tour computer (that you click to run) then reinstall 4.6 should do the trick
