    When I try to sync my 8330 to my desktop manager V5.0 the desktop manager shuts down before it is done. can anyone help me with this problem....

    I have never encountered a Sync error, was there an error message or did it just quit?

    Have you been successful Syncing in the past?

    No error message starts to sync and then just quits and disappears from the screen, you have to start it up again and it does the same thing

    Try uninstall and reinstall might fix issue. Good look with that.

    I will suggest you to put an older version if you have at least one no back. Oldies but goodies.

    I had the same problem when had I my 8330. I used a data card from Sprint & it comes with Sprint Smartview. I noticed that I had to disconnect from the internet & close Sprint Smartview in order for it to work. Hopefully this helps u in some way.
