I can open the desktop software, and it attempts to update my storm with the latest version of a few programs; however, when I click on any area (sync, media, etc) nothing happens.
I have uninstalled and resinstalled the desktop software.
I have installed the software without media.
I have installed the software with media.
I have rebooted the phone many times.
I have connected the phone as both mass storage and non-mass storage.
I've read a few dozen forums; none have the answer.
No matter what I do; the desktop manager software will tell me that its connected to the phone but will not open any screen past the main screen.
i dont think the IP Modem option is compatible with your carriers. it seems to not play well with verizon, sprint. i have seen a work around for at&t, no feedback regarding telus but sounds like you are in the same boat...sorry
