[svalite]

i just upgraded to os .199 and ever since i have not been able to access or install the the media sync. i uninstalled 4.7 because i could not upgrade the os to my device so i installed 4.6 with the media manager. i ran it under administrator and it doesnt say that my blackberry is connected after entering my pw. and when i run it regularly it reads my device after i put in my pw but i can't install media sync since i need administrative privileges. idk what to do my new 8gb is coming in the mail soon and i'm ready to put loads of movies and music into it
