I just did a back up of my Storm and then wanted to add more songs. I had to install Media Manager (I never uninstalled it) and it goes thru the process but I don't think it completes it as the "install" under Media Manager never goes away.
I am traveling next week and wanted more songs on my Storm. Should I use BB Media Sync instead or what can I do to fix the Media Manager as that is the one I am most familiar with. Using Desktop Manager v5.0 if that makes a difference.
