I have desktop manger version 6.0.0.4.3. installed and every-time I back up my phone data it says all data was not backed up and tells me that 282/283 of the notes in my memopad were not saved.... is there anyway to fix this problem?
Did you recently make a change to a note? Can you delete the last note you edited, or undo the most recent change you made? Do you have your notes sync'd to Outlook?
I can't recall the last note that I edited....and no my notes are not synced to Outlook....I don't even think that I have outlook would downloading outlook fix this problem?
I don't think adding Outlook would help. I mentioned it only because if you already had it, you'd have a separate copy of the notes that you could use to replace the corrupted database on your BlackBerry. You might consider ABC Amber BlackBerry Convertor. It has a free trial. You can use it to extract your notes from your last good backup.
