Hello,

I have a BlackBerry Pearl 8120 (T-Mobile) and yesterday I went to update the operating system. But after I updated the Desktop Manager to 4.6 my blackberry does not connect to the computer. The lightning bolt comes next to the battery symbol so I am sure it has nothing to do with the usb cable. I think it would be better phrased that the Desktop Manager does not detect it.

BB OS: 4.3.0.115
DM OS: 4.6.0.14
Computer OS: Windows Vista Home Basic

Well I reinstalled 4.3 from the CD I got with the Pearl. It starts up for a sec and then closes right away. Any ideas?

Hmm, I reinstalled with the media manager and it worked fine. The problem is resolved now.
