OK, suddenly when i try to sync my bold desktop manager says that it needs a connection to the internet. I have never seen this before but I don't understand why its saying this. Why does it seem to think it needs an internet connection to sync with outlook. Also the update check through Desktop manager works just fine, as in connecting to the internet. I have tried uninstalling and re installing a few times And yes I do have a connection to the internet.
I am running desktop 4.7 and bold os 4.6.0.247.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using DM 4.6. 4.7 is a tad unstable from what I hear.

Ok Ill try that i will post the results after I download and install it. I hope this isnt an extension of the loss of mass storage mode problem. I could deal with that but this is gonna cause me to make att replace it.

Nope same thing says computer must be connected to internet.

Update: I just tried to connect it with my laptop to see if it would sync and i got the same error. Im thinking this must be a problem with the phone.

Unlike Beta OS upgrades, most folks find that sticking with Desktop 4.6 (instead of upgrading to 4.7) is a much better and, as stated, more stable choice.

Try downgrading to Desktop Manager 4.6 and see if that fixes the problem.

    Maybe a firewall issue?
