[Storms-a-lot]

I am trying to syncronize my 9530 and as soon as it starts I get a message that reads:

Intellisync
Unknown error reported

Anyone know a fix?

its a odd one.

go in to outlook and you BB contacts on the phone. Make sure each has a "first" name listed as that general throws this error. I had it once before and found a bad contact. See if you can tell by when the error occurs and if its with outlook or if its reading the phone.

I just switched the change I made this morning back to the way it was yesterday, hit synchronize and the error popped up like it was waiting for me.
