    Everytime I try to update/install/remove anything using DM 4.7 and 5.0 it gives me a "fatal error" message. Any solutions?

    Uninstall DM, reboot your computer, reinstall DM 5.0.

    LOL just rang orange and they told me that BIS wasnt activated even though the idiots at the shop told me it was! Anyway everything works perfectly now
