When you download the new 4.6 desktop manager can you DL the one without Roxio and it keeps your old copy or does it delete it and try to install a new one????

You would be best advised to download the product that you want. Make sure that the file is good. Delete, via Control Panel, the old version and only then install the new version.

I tried downloading DM 6 like 5 times but for some reason it wouldn't work? :s
Just downloaded DM 5.
Just hoping that works.

So what happens when you download it, do you get an error installing? Or do you get an error running it? Help us help you...

I'm getting errors installing it.
God know's what the reason is..
I'm still trying DM 6 though.
My blackberry is giving me trouble and someone suggested re installing the OS.
I think I'll upgrade.
Don't know if that would fix my problems.
Help?
