[TS4436]

I cannot get the software to load on my laptop. It seems to load fine, but when I try to open the Blackberry Desktop Manager I keep getting the error message "The application failed to initialized properly (0xc0000005)". I have tried completely turning off Norton and reloaded the Blackberry software several times from the disk that came with the phone, and the Blackberry online download. Still the same error message no matter what I do. HELP!

I have a similar issue, I loaded my pc with 4.2.2 today without an issue, its not in my programs menu or anywhere on my computer.

I was able to add apps as i needed, then as my bberry reset, i had no more desktop manager.

where did it go!?
