Desktop Manager!!!!!!

Ok I know there have been alot of posts about the manager. I have had my 9700 for a few months now and I just installed the manager to my laptop running Windows Vista. I plug in my Bold and the screen shows two icons, a PC and the BB. Then the message comes out on my laptop that the manager has stopped working and needs to be closed. Then my BB asks if I want to use the mass storage. What could be wrong???

what version of the DM are you using on your laptop. I have had no issues with the DM and my laptop running win7. I would try to uninstall the DM, reboot and then reload the DM. hopefully this helps.

V5.0.1. It's looks like it does connect I see on the bottom 9700 and my PIN but then it shuts down. I'll try re-installing. Thanks.

there is version 6.0 of DM too, you should be able to find it here on CB if not try blacberry.com and download from there.

Desktop manager 6 can be gotten from Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com or the link on your carrier's blackberry smartphone support page.
