I've had my bb for a while now and I am still having trouble understanding the desktop manager. What exactly is syncing and backup and restore, i heard you can save your address book and everything like that and ive hooked my bb up to my computer and hit sync, it looked like it worked but i cant find my address book or anything like that on my computer under the folder it was saved on or anything. Thanks for any kind of help
