Hi

I am using curve 8900 and Desktop manager 5.0

I am having a problem and would like to back up my phone before doing ay upgrade on the OS. BUT my BBDM could never recognize my phone. it always 'disconnected' in the state and no device connected. this is what I try

1. I have tried to use dfferent USB
2. Update the USB driver, download it from the site
3. The device manager can recognize and i choose USBXXX(my device in the option) but it still remain to be disconnected.


I am stress now with this problem

any idea?

clear your cache options in your browser,
content , pushed and cookie battery pull and try again..

and also try cleaning ur phone's memory, cleaning ur log and download DM 4.6 (less issues)

I use DM 4.6 because of less bugs. It's always best to use the DM that matches your BB's OS.
