I'm running BB Desktop Manager (v 5.0.1) on Windows Vista. I have no filters set up for my contacts (and it's a one way sync from outlook to my Tour), but not all of my contacts sync. I have approximately 720 in outlook, but only 715 sync up.
Anyone else experience this?
FYI, I tried searching and couldn't find a post like this. If there is one, I'll happily refer to it.
Do the 5 that don't sync have anything in common? Or are they different in some way from the 715? If you delete one of them, then add it back, will it then sync?
Thanks for responding. I haven't been able to identify which five (or so) aren't synching up. Is there a quick way to do so? I do know that i have 'private' contacts that are synced, and I have also restored the default sync settings and tried but get the same results.
