I ran into a glitch where Desktop Software won't properly sync a contact.

You can see here thta I have one person. In Outlook there is a phone number for the Mobile Phone field, and on my BlackBerry there's a different number for the Work Phone field.

There's no option to merge the info into one contact. Oversight? Glitch?

The other frustration is not being able to use this screen to change any information. I've had a few contacts where I've inadvertantly added a phone number to the wrong field, and I can't move it to the correct field when syncing.
