    When I install 6.0 in XP service pack 3 I keep getting the error that BlackBerry Desktop Software has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    I tired a clean uninstall of desktop manager and still had the problems.

    Any ideas how to fix this?
