I noticed after a recent OS upgrade that most of my bookmarks are gone. When I attempt to restore the Browser Bookmarks from a previous backup, it looks like it completes, but nothing changes. The old file had 29 records and the new 8. I even tried to delete the current file on the device and then restore, and somehow just the original 8 record file was restored.
