Hello everyone,
I need help with an issue that I am getting when I am trying to back up my Storm 2 via the new DM 6..
After I backup my phone I get the error message after it runs saying;
All data was not backed up
Some data is not included in the backup file
Data Type: Compatibility Settings
Entries: 0/1
Does anyone know what it causing this and how I can fix it?
I see that there is a backup file created but what does this mean?
Also the actual desktop manager still says the "Last Backup" is NEVER.. but it did backup because I see the file in the folder..
I recently upgraded to DM 7.1.0.32 Bundle 33. Shortly after I started having this same problem. It didn't happen immediately after the upgrade so that may be a red herring.
However, last night I tried the steps recommended :
- Full backup, except for Compatibility Settings
- Deleted all data
- Restore from the backup above
Still showing Compatibility Settings not backed up. RUnning a Telus Torch 9650.
