    I just bought a new laptop and cannot locate the cd for the Blackberry Desktop software to place on my computer. There are so many versions listed on BB's website that I am confused. I have a PC and do not use the Blackberry Enterprise Server. I use the regular Blackberry Internet Service.

    The newest version is the 5.0 but even if you get an older one, there is a button in the bottom right hand corner to update the desktop software to the newest one.

    I'd personally use DM v5.0+ because as far as i know, it works with all BlackBerry's. I have a Verizon BlackBerry Curve 8330 and use Desktop Manager v5.0.0.11 and haven't had any issues. Honestly, updating to this new version solved some of my minor backup issues [kinda].
