    Well I got my Brand New Blackberry Tour today! I am so excited. Now all I need is to have it sync my Exchange email using the Blackberry Desktop Redirector.

    I have been getting new emails in my inbox but the Redirector software says I have 8 Pending to device. What the ****! Send the message as soon as I get it.

    Am I missing something? It has been 30 minutes since it sent an email.

    I have 10 Forwarded, 1 Sent from device, 8 pending, 0 expired, 0 filtered.

    Please help! I will have to return this BB if this is how it is going to work.

    Sorry I can't help you with your problem. But I agree with your discription of redirector. I am having my own problems with it. Apparentley it likes to send me the same email 5 or 6 times.

    are you sure the PIN of your current phone is showing on the redirector service? have you double checked your settings on your exchange email account? you have to have the email account running on the same computer as the redirector and make sure the PIN of your current phone shows as ACTIVE on the redirector service and the desktop manager service...
