Hi guys, in need of some dire help, my DM is opening to a blank screen. The first time I open it, the program doesn't " open" but its process is running when I check out ctl-alt-del. The second time I try to open it, it just opens to a blank screen. I can move the window and minimize it, but to close it I have to force quit it via ctl-alt-del.
I've tried a complete uninstall as prescribed by RIM, including removing registry entries and associated folders, rebooting, reinstalling DM, and rebooting again twice, but to no avail. This happens regardless of whether my phone is plugged in so I reckon its a software issue with DM?
Tried searching all over but can't find a solution. Help most appreciated!
