There should be a copy of the Media Manager on the CD that came with your BB. I don't think you can download it from the official BB website; the page just talks about the Media Manager, and doesn't offer a link to download it.
also, you need to go to your uninstall/remove area on your comp and remove the media manager that you have now, or you wont be able to download the new one.
