I just purchased an 8330 and loaded the Desktop Manager. It installed OK, but when I went to sync an error message appeared with no code, just Error; and the sync aborted. I uninstalled the program, an reinstalled the lastest version from the blackberry web site 5.1.1 service pack 1, but the same thing happened - error. I am running Outlook 2007 on a Dell Vostro 200. I am new to the forum, and would appreciate any help, thank you!
