hey guys

ive searched all morning and cant seem to find a remedy to my issue!

im trying to restore my phone book from my bold 9000 back up to my bold 9700.

the app seems to just hang for what seems like forever and doesnt ever move on the progress bar.

it has put about 5 contacts on previously before i had to leave and take my phone with me.

as well, it easily creates the back up file from the bolds but never restores?

i dont have the prior bold to try and transfer from it again

any idea? happy thanksgiving!

There is a new version of DM with support for the 9700. If you haven't already upgraded you might want to try it.

I went from an 8320 to 9700 and used the Switch Device wizard and all went well.
