I've searched but haven't seen this exact topic; sorry if it's a repeat.
The problem is that when the media card is on, if I plug into my computer, it stays connected for 4-5 seconds, then disconnects. If I turn the card off, I can stay connected, but I can't transfer files to the card.
When installing my BB software to the computer, XP got to the end and noted that the USB driver did not install correctly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but always get the same message. I tried my computer at the office, but have the same issue.
In some of the searches for a fix it seems that there may be a problem with XP's usbstor driver.
