I am trying to download the BB Torch PC Desktop Manager and can only find it on the BB site. It takes 11hrs to dowload and then tells me its not compatable. Is there anywhere else I can download this. I thought it would have been on my CD i got with the phone
There isn't one specifically for the Torch. Downloading it for me only took about 5 minutes and it has always been compatible. Is this what your trying to download.. BlackBerry - Desktop Software for PC '
If it is, then there is no reason why it shouldn't work. If it still doesn't, contact Blackberry for support.
When you say it is not compatible, what do you mean? When you try ans install it gives the error, when it connects to the blackberry dos the DTS say that?
We need a little more information about your computer before making suggestions. What OS do you have on your computer itself?
