So I received the dreaded Error 545 and want to know if I'd be able to try and pull the contacts off of the phone since it's not the most up to date with my contacts.
When I connect my phone to my computer, Blackberry device manager says that it is connected and shows my pin. When I open desktop manager, it doesn't show the phone being connected. I know I've had problems with this before but I was wondering #1 how do I fix this and #2 once I get desktop manager to be "connected" will I be able to pull the contacts off the phone even though it just says error 545 on the screen the whole time.
