Everything works fine while I'm in Desktop Manager. I am able to synchronize, and to backup by 9630. But after I exit Desktop Manager, and then disconnect the USB cable, the Tour shows the Computer and BB icons on the screen, and I can't get it to go back to normal operation without doing a battery pull. It does not respond to either the menu or escape keys.
BB 9630 with OS 4.7.1.61, on Verizon Wireless.

Mass Storage Mode Support is On, Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected is No.
