I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in but here goes. I have a Blackberry Bold 9000 and Outlook 2003. I using BlackBerrry Professional. When I receive an email it hits my Outlook first and about a minute late my BlackBerry. If I open the email on my Blackberry Outlook shows the email as READ, and if I delete the email on my BlackBerry it deletes it in my Outlook. The problem is that it doesn't work the other way. If I open the email in Outlook it doesn't show as read on my BlackBerry and if I delete it in my Outlook it doesn't delete on my BlackBerry. How do I make it work both ways.
