My friend has an 8330on Sprint. I upgraded him to 4.5.0.175 yesterday but he didnt like it so I wiped and put it back to 4.3.0.127. Don't ask, it his phone so I just did it. However I backed up his phone when it was 4.5.0.175 and wiped before reloading the OS. Now when I do a restore it won't put his address contacts back on the phone. They are greyed out and it says that some functions are only available as a wireless sync option. Any way around this? Is this just a Sprint thing or could it be related to the OS swap?
