Installing (attempting to!) 6.0.1 destop manager on a XP laptop with SP 3 installed. I get a message at the end of the installation that says Desktop software has encountered an error and must close...sorrry for...
Prior to that I did see a msg that said cant find "getPlus_helperSVC.exe", asks me to browse for this file. My research shows this file is related to Adobe Acrobat reader. Does anyone know if this is related to why I get the above mentioned error msg after installtion??? Thanks,
