Won't show conflict details when syncing

Using desktop manager 6 with BB 9300 and Outlook XP. When sync contacts or calendar and get message it is making additions or deletions when I click on the details tab the screen flashes and goes back to the original dialog box but does not show any details about what changes are being made. It only started this problem last week. I have not changed any settings or software on the computer or the BB.

I am running OS 6 on the BB9300, Windows XP and Office XP on the computer
