Default USA a Non-Supported Country?

Okay, here's the skinny...

I got a MacBook Pro last week. I boot camp'd the hard drive and put a legit copy of Windows XP Home SP3 on it (had a key-code sticker from a non-functional old desktop).

I went to download Desktop Manager from the BlackBerry website, on both OS-X and XP sides. Both times, I get something like "we're sorry, but this software isn't available for download due to geographic restrictions" or something like that.

I've checked regional settings on both sides, made sure time zones were set correctly, etc.

I'm lost?!?!?! LOL!

Anyone with experience?!
