Default updating problems...

tried updating my desktop manager , is coming up with error ' could not creat C:users/application data/research in motion.... unzip operation cancelled

and thats coming up in the winzip self-extrator app


any ideas???????

Why don't you download the new version and uninstall the old one then install the new one?
