Question Unicode Instead of Text
I have attempted to download Blackberry Desktop Manager from the Blackberry to my Lenovo Laptop with Windows 7 twice.

Both instance appeared to be successful, but the software launches to display text as squares or unicode.

I unistalled the software and reinstalled with the same result. Is there any suggestions on how to fix this?
