Default Is there a way to delete an old Blackberry?

I posted this in the Mac section of the forum, but haven't received an answer. I probably should have posted here, because it relates to Blackberry Desktop Manager.

I used to have a Storm 2, but haven't had it for a couple of years now. I've now switched to the Torch 9850. Every time I plug it in to the Mac, I get TWO Blackberry icons on my screen (Blackberry1, and Blackberry2, which has a green arrow on the icon).

I don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that my Storm 2 still shows up in Desktop Manager, but I'd like to delete that device. I can't seem to find the answer anywhere, but there must be some way to delete it so it doesn't even show up anymore. If anyone knows the answer (and the answer to the two Blackberry icons), I would appreciate it! Thanks!
