Sync notes to individual text files?

I'd like to be able to sync Notepad notes to individually editable text files, rather than a single large ASCII file containing all of them. Anyone know of a good way to do this?

Wow, Outlook as a plain-text editor? Sort of like using a tractor-trailer rig to haul your groceries home from the store.

You asked to be able to sync them, not just edit them. I suppose you could use something like DropBox or SugarSync, but they've never really worked that great for me. You'd still need to import and export your Memopad notes to use that though.
