Default Multiple version installs

Hi guys,

I have been using desktop manager 5.0 for syncing my contacts with my Lotus Notes contact list for work (email/calendar uses BES wireless).

Recently, I upgraded to 6.0.x for compatibility with Playbook and to use the Mediasync feature. I cannot get my contact sync to work on this version. When it tries, I get an "unknown error has occured" message.

Therefore, I am looking to either:
1) Fix the error above (I have searched and found no solutions)
2) Find a way to install both 5.0 and 6.0 on my computer. This would allow me to sync music and my playbook in 6.0 and also do a periodic 5.0 sync for contact list.

Any ideas?

Default

Had a guy who upgraded from 4.6 DM to 6.0 DM who had same problem, (synced everything but address book) with an 8220.

He deleted the DM and re-installed it. Did the playbook update, then synced without problem.

Don't know if it will work for you but it did for him.
