 Intellisynce error received during configuation set up
I'm trying to add my device (Bold 9650 v6 OS) to a new laptop (XP SP3). I downloaded Desktop Manager (v6) and during the Intellisync organizer set up (Grpwise 8.0.2), I receive an Intellisync error and desktop mgr closes automatically. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the solution? New to BB and not impressed so far.
