Infinite Reboot loop and OS not detected on Apploader

Dear BB Experts,

My Bold 9700 went into infinite loop. I followed the instructions posted on How to Reload the Operating System on a Nuked or Bricked BlackBerry | CrackBerry.com .. every works fine except when the USB is detected, here is the error

The blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device softwate for the device that you have connected to the computer

I have tried with multiple OS's by installing them, starting the application, removing them after they fail and installing a previous version. None of them worked even if I remove the vendor.xml file.

What I am doing wrong?

I am sorry if I am posting this issue even it was posted before, but all posts didn't help me
