Error downloading DM 6.0.2

Been trying to download the update to Desktop Manager
Have tried through the DM application
Have tried through blackberry.com
I am using IE 9
Have tried multiple computers same result same error

The update downloads, I pick which language, etc
When it comes time to click install the install button is not clickable
(only cancel and about)

Any ideas any advice ???
Cant update my phone without the DM update first

The application does work. Do you have the same programs installed on both computers. Virus scanners, trojan scanners, ect. It seems that odd that RIM would keep a faulting application for download if it were an issue with the installer itself.

I dont doubt that the application works and is downloadable
What I am stating is I can not
What would cause a download to download but NOT be able to be installed
I dont believe its my spyware, virus software (but this is not a fact)

As someone else said RIM will not allow download of a faulty installer..

Now, you say you cannot update your phone without DM. If you refer to an OS upgrade you can run Apploader directly without the need of DM. But if you mean to synch your data with your PC, then you have a problem.

I have tried that numerous times
I have never been confident that it is RIM issue, leaving me to believe its a installing issue
What would prevent the install of a software ?
I have enabled windows installer
