DM won't update OS7

I allready loaded tons of older os7 firmwares on to my DM but it won't update my device which now is back on bundle 1346 . . .
fu^#$& annoying
anyone has an idea how to solve it?

Hi, please change your bad word. Family forum and all, when I use one I make sure it will be stared out lol.

Have you deleted all vendor.xml files. Check, credit to OP on the quote.

Type in this command. dir /a /s C:\Vendor.xml
Note any locations of the file and then delete them.
