DM sees Windows Media Playlists But Not iTunes

I have a strange issue. All was well with my BB Torch, iTunes and DM. Everything synched nicely. I havent updated my music for a while and when I come to do it now, DM only sees the Windows Media Player Playlists. I dont see ANY itunes playlists at all. There is no error message.

I think the best thing to do is to delete everything and start again. How do I do the equivelent of a factory reset but ONLY on my music? (I dont want to wipe the entire phone!)
